Our client is a well-established remote accounting firm specializing in daily bookkeeping and financial management for multi-unit businesses. We’re looking for a Senior Accountant who can take ownership of the full accounting cycle for multiple clients. Senior Bookkeeping Accountant Benefits and Compensation
- Remote-first role with flexibility
- Salary range: $73,000–$77,000
- 100% remote role with flexible scheduling
- Quarterly performance reviews with potential for raises

Senior Bookkeeping Accountant Responsibilities and Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience with multiple clients or units
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Prior experience with time-tracked (billable hour) service models
- Familiarity with trade-related businesses
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Skilled in transactional bookkeeping with strong financial analysis abilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including A/R, A/P, payroll, cash receipts, and disbursements
- Reconcile client accounts: bank, credit card, vendor, and balance sheet items
- Prepare and post payroll entries
- Complete accurate month-end closings and generate financial reports
- Analyze financial data and offer insights and recommendations to clients
