Requirements:

2+ years experience in recruitment, business, or people operations.
G&A recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Strong understanding of G&A roles, sourcing techniques, and recruiting tools.
Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

Based in NYC or SF, with 5 days/week in-office availability.
Self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
